Don Conreaux: the healing power of gongs

Gong Master Don Conreaux says sound healing is one of the most powerful tools for healing -- not only people, but the world. The 84-year old musician and Kundalini yoga teacher says sound waves from gongs are particularly powerful ways of de-stressing, putting you into deep relaxation and fostering rejuvenation. He was speaking in Hong Kong at Martha Collard's Red Doors Studio. He is currently on a tour of Asia.
