Don Don Donki kept me very happy during the pandemic. Going there made me feel like I was in Japan, so for that I thank you, Mr Takao Yasuda Donki.

their sashimi is fresh & value for money. it's great that DDD provid tables so shoppers can consume sashimi right away else nobody would buy the sashimi to bring it home.

I like their whisky selection, but having 2- litre bottles of whisky in plastic is tacky.

It’s such an honor for Donki to choose Guam as it’s next store location. I’m from Guam. It’s so exciting to see this store opening in the next few months!

Mr Don, please bring back the Don Don Donki cooler bags in different sizes. The 1st outlet in Singapore sold them. Its very convenient when we buy frozen stuff and it looks great too. I did not get one cos it was sold out by the time I went shop shop , so sad.. TQ in advance.

When D2Donki first opened in the basement of Somerset 313, half a grilled salmon head in the Japanese umami sauce was priced at $5, subsequently less that a year the price increased to $6 and then to $7. Glad that it may be the local consumers have more choices of Japanese food selection with the D2Donki opening, it seems to me that the locals are gradually being fleeced once the are baited. The prices here are oftentimes steeper than in Tokyo or other cities in Japan.

The questions and questioning are so mechanical, lack of depth, and uncreative. A missed opportunity having had the chance of meeting someone so unique.

There is No conversation, is just like a written interview script - maybe is due to the editing…. a bit wasted …

Talk until like you all so clever. What are you now? The interview is very good, everyone should catch a few reasons for his success: pay attention to what is happening, that's why sen sen sushi is on the way, go to his shops find out more about customers personally because he know that himself is the best person to take care of his business, most importantly, can see Singapore government created good place for business.
