I saw him in a shopping centre, singing to his songs, and selling his CDs. I felt so sorry for him, and will always admire his great singing voice. It effected me , that I never got into dept, and are careful with my money.

I have got a song from Don Estelle with Windsor Davis in a song called Paper Doll as I am dedicating this song to my old school friends who are both sisters as I hope to see them both again very soon to Chris Marie and Hester Brand from Billyxxxxx

Hello Paul. I love the videos you do. You tell these stories with such compassion. I remember seeing Don Estelle in a shopping centre near to where I live, he was sighning autographs. Sadly, I didn't get it because there were so many people there A great actor and awesome singer. R.I.P. Don and thankyou Paul.

Didn’t know he was 4ft 9”. The ages 58 and 70 seem far too young nowadays, to leave the planet.

It would be nice if you could find Chris Mitchels grave he was also part of the cast and a great drinking buddy of mine. Don was a big character in a small body.

I remember very well the series. Bought box set to view. 3yrs ago. Still sealed. Mmmm great t.v. then. Along with many other series. BBC and ITV . As mary Hopkins sang those were the days my friend I thought they'd never end. But they have. I believed the song w.w.11. There always be an England, there always be an England. But what have we got now ?????? Shit thanks to the political system of the last 50 60 years.
