Childhood memories of seeing Don Estelle singing outside Woolworths in Blackpool when i was on holiday with my family we were from Essex. i was 14 and loved his voice may he rest in peace and be comforted that people have fond memories ❤

I saw him in a shopping centre, singing to his songs, and selling his CDs. I felt so sorry for him, and will always admire his great singing voice. It effected me , that I never got into dept, and are careful with my money.

Hello Paul. I love the videos you do. You tell these stories with such compassion. I remember seeing Don Estelle in a shopping centre near to where I live, he was sighning autographs. Sadly, I didn't get it because there were so many people there A great actor and awesome singer. R.I.P. Don and thankyou Paul.

I remember very well the series. Bought box set to view. 3yrs ago. Still sealed. Mmmm great t.v. then. Along with many other series. BBC and ITV . As mary Hopkins sang those were the days my friend I thought they'd never end. But they have. I believed the song w.w.11. There always be an England, there always be an England.
