Did anyone sing this during summer camp? As a young person, I've been on the hunt for this song because we would sing it at camp. We always called it "Me and Andrew". I'm so happy to have found it.

Yes, Don Francisco has been called for such a time as this ! Through his song he is getting the gospel out! He sings the Word, and it is prompting others to go to the Word and read it for themselves !

The first time I heard this man of GOD sing was when his album HE IS ALIVE was given to me, I listened to the first song vaguely and did not grasp the message but when I listened to the cd in my car, my heart and soul burned within me as he sang out the TRUTH as in THE WORD OF GOD . Truly every word is full of life and truth & we are blessed when we hear him sing PRAISE UNTO THE KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS , JESUS CHRIST.

I would rather be called a ' follower of Christ ' than a ' Christian '. It is estimated there are about 2 Billion Christians in the world. So how do they get that estimate? I suppose at least some of it is based on surveys. Imagine someone takes a survey and on it is a list of the major religions of the world along with atheist and agnostic options. A person who grew up in a ' Christian ' home but stopped attending church when they became a teenager and never returned (and never accepted Christ as Savior and Lord) may look at the choices and think to themselves I'm not an atheist or agnostic, and I'm not Muslim or Hindu or those other options, I'll just check the box that says ' Christian '. I think there are many who consider themselves ' Christian ' who are not , because they have never repented and been born again as Christ says we must. Also, many if not most of the Christian groups teach salvation by works, by keeping a list of dos and don'ts. ...when God says we are saved by Grace and not of works. Some think they are Christians because they are relatively 'good'. At least I'm better than my neighbor, so I'll make it into heaven. My savior is real and I've repented and been born again and I follow Him. I make mistakes. I repent and He washes my feet and I continue to follow Him. Saying I'm a follower of Christ - puts the focus on Him, and His being real and alive and it shows I am doing something - I am following (His directions by His Spirit - It shows I have a personal relationship with Him - not just some intellectual acknowledgment to a religious something or other Our Lord Jesus encountered people and said to them 'Follow Me' He did not say, sign this form showing that you accept the following creed.

I'm also a follower of Christ; however, it's clear the 10 commandments were given for a reason and they are definitely some "do's" and "don'ts". The religions which have rules, have them for guidance and no one should take them literally since they are merely manmade. In regards to works, the works are a fruit of our faith, they should come naturally, they are a product of wanting to please the Lord. The religions I know of, understand this and believe you don't get to heaven by works.

Amen that is right we are saved by his grace and God made the ten commandments as rules but once youre born again it change youre nature and ye are free of the laws and than its the Holy spirit in you teach you how to walk in Christ Jesus. To be a born again christian is not a religion its youre nature. And the only way you can be born again is when you fully surrender to God and accept the blood of Jesus Christ and be baptized by the Holy Ghost.
