How do you know the difference between anxiety & intuition? ☹️

I would say that intuition comes from the heart. It has it’s own neurons similar to the brain’s, the thoughts you have actually may stem from the heart. And the emotional reaction, whether from the positive aspect (that would include anxiety) or the negative side of the full spectrum of emotions will reveal to you whether you have a beautiful suggestion of direction of choice you can take, or if it gives you dread and terror, then it’s something inside of you that you’re resisting. The negative emotions that surface due to certain thoughts, or intuitions, reveal more a suggestion of the qualities you need to look at within yourself and search to see why you had a negative association to a thought. Why did it bring you down and feel uncomfortable than inspiring? Death is an illusion, deformity is an illusion, and “losing” or “gaining” anything is an illusion. There’s only love, allow yourself to love in a whole-heartedly open way, accepting and embracing every experience including the ones that produce negative emotions within you - let yourself fully feel it. Eventually you become capable of seeing the purpose and beauty of the negative experiences. Allow yourself to be grateful and appreciative of everything that occurs. There doesn’t have to be a purpose or destiny, let life flow. Your heart will reveal to you paths to choose from. And recall, you can be more than one thing, even if it seems to oppose the other. Don’t restrict yourself, you can be everything you desire. The only rules, barriers, and labels that exist is all man made - true nature is unlimited and fully free, let yourself embody the true nature of things. Live in true authenticity, and everything else aligns. Look within yourself, and allow those negative emotions to be felt and accepted. There is no true evil, events that bring negative emotions help keep the world spinning so we can continue experiencing existence and experiencing all these lessons that increase and expansion of self awareness. Release expectations and preferences, even if they’re the things that bring the positive emotions.
