These are facts that they will not cover on their network. Let me say that again; they admitted to lying on air in a court of law. There is no way of dancing around that. Also, back in 2020 Fox's lawyers said you literally can't believe the "facts" Tucker Carlson says on his show. "The 'general tenor' of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not 'stating actual facts' about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary.' " This was the argument made by Tucker's own lawyers to save him from libel charges.

I'm sure the stances he's taken on trans ideology, the war in Ukraine, immigration etc. were losing Fox News a lot of advertisers, or there were threats to. It could be they asked him to apologize about something or make a statement and he said F this, go ahead and fire me. I also hear the leadership will soon be passed on to Rupert's two sons, and I hear one of them has fallen to the woke side. He's also a big DeSantis fan and I think the media establishment is about to ramp up the war against Gov. DeSantis in a big way, it's already started. I think Fox will push Trump because they don't think he can actually win. Nor do I. And I believe DeSantis would be a better president.
