Thanks for that Sir. As I was listening to this piece I was constantly keen not to listen to and heed to what you're saying but I was keen to hear what the Holy Spirit is speaking to me personally. Every time we engage in conversation, every time we get into situations and circumstances there is that which the Holy Spirit is quickening us to and we have to be constantly aware of that so we can gain much from God's speaking. Most often than not I am blinded by religiosity, presuppositions all these hinder my hearing from God.

WOW. I love this so much. It goes with my belief that the shroud of Turin is the resurrected image of Jesus as he rose back to life as he lay there in the tomb. & There you have this story of him walking along with the disciples probably just after he had walked out of the tomb. AMAZING. This sets me up. Thank you. Wonderful story. I will think about talking and sharing. I actually did it yesterday with a complete stranger down at the park. We were talking about how bad everything is in the world. Quite a sad conversation. But before I walked away something in me said "The only solution. The only cure to all of this is to pray". & The guy jumped on it with YES. That's it. We must pray. & it was like a connected hallelujah, because we agreed. I will do it again.

So cool Don! Holy Spirit made it clear in so many ways this morning that Psalm 40 was where He wanted to speak to me. The entire Psalm was right on of course (Holy Spirit is never wrong lol), but it was verse 6 that I meditated on today: “In sacrifice and offering You have not delighted, but You have given me an OPEN EAR” (ESV). Thank you for sharing the insight from Luke 24:13-32 today, a great - fresh and connective upgrade in perspective. Speak LORD, Your servant is LISTENING! Praise the LORD and God bless you.
