Thank you so much for teaching this song I just wanted to ask if you use nails to pick the harmonic on the 5th fret I can never play those harmonics as clearly as 7th or 12th or 19th

+Manoj Deshpande Hey there, if i help anyone i am happy! As for the nails: i always play everything with nails. no way to get the harmonics otherwise. the harder you play them, the louder they are. try moving your right to the right, away from the soundhole, because the sound of the strings changes toward what you need for the harmonics.

Manoj Deshpande nails aren't needed. You can flick your nails out but he's plucking them.. Which sounds better as you get a "1,2,3" sound. Also taking the ring finger off the 5th fret straight after is key to let the harmonics ring out.

You're a great teacher my friend! I'm lucky I learnt a fingerstyle version of "Havana" last year lots of slaps and hitting strings while slapping etc. So I was prepared. (I think learning that upped my skills a few levels I'll post a link) surely the best way to learn guitar is by playing other ppls stuff. Anyway thank you. Have you heard of Richard Gilewitz btw? I saw him live by chance in '03 he was amazing. The best guitarist on the planet I think. You should do a tutorial for echoing wilderness or another of his tunes.
