0.40 'na mga people'. Okay na 'yung 'people' lang o 'mga tao' o 'mga person'. Kasi dalawang beses nang plural kapag 'mga'(plural)+ 'people' (plural). Ito ay ayon sa Bagong Ortograpiyang Filipino ng KWF.

Hello, Teacher Lyqa! Upon checking on the Merriam Dictionary, tho the water is uncountable noun but it says that it has a plural form. May I request for deeper explanation about it? I beg to help po. If you refer to employees of one office, use "staff" po; however, if you refer to employees of the different offices, that's the time you're going to use "staffs." I hope this would help.

When we use "mga" before the english word na noun, yong noun should be in singular form. For example, mga teacher. Usually we say mga teachers, which is wrong. Tagalugin natin ang teacher. Guro, di ba? Teachers, mga guro, right? So, kung tatagalugin natin ang mga teachers, it would be mga mga guro. Tama ba yon? No. So it should be, mga teacher.
