Hey everyone! So this is actually my first proper review/impressions of a video game in over 7 years (since Fallout 4), so please be kind 😇. I'm still a little rusty and need to work on a few things. Finally someone being fair with a review. The game is targetted for certain ppl and it excels in who its trying to target. Sure dialogue and story might not be the best but everything else feels amazing to me especially the enemy diveristy and artstyle. Much better than all the copy pasta AAA games have been releasing for the past 6 years.

Imma be honest I don’t really see the unique flavor. It’s a pretty blatant bioshock ripoff and instead of interesting enemies we get monochromatic robots for 20 hours

@@asherael it for sure has a Russian flavor, but the devs have clearly taken a lot of influence from American media, and with that this fits very very snuggly in the futuristic 50s aesthetic of American media over the decades

This is another one of those games that I would like to see the developers keep working on the game for at least five more years. Really pack and upgrade the world over time. After a few years you'd have an almost new game . An even more polished game and a bigger following for your other projects.

I’m having a great time with it. I do wish they hadn’t written dialogue for the MC, though and found a different way to tell story elements but I’ve been able to get over it.

Like the video. So far I've been seeing a lot of mixed reviews and that the game is far from perfect as expected, especially since it's being compared to BioShock. But remember, this is a small studio and their first game, so that alone is pretty impressive!

If you don't want to wait for the game to drop and you're on an xbox series s/x, you can go ahead and change your region to New Zealand and restart your xbox. You should be able to load it up and play.

I've heard complaints by some reviewers, but I have had a great time with it and aside from a few minor bugs, don't have any negative things to say after about 7 hours. I'm big on exploration so my playthrough will be longer than most.

quite good review, but you still one of the people that stick on 1 side of skill tree and want more slot for use all of it. im sure 1 default shock and 2 customize is totally enough and solid to make so much combo loadout for each play style. i dont touch telekenesis and shield cuz already know that powerful , so i i totally dig in the build with polimeer stick and combo with element from other skill, weapon with addon element ... pull out good and it freaking OP too even i play on the hardest difficult. the core combat choice here is simple, enough open and quite deep than just 1 skill good and other bad to need more slot just to try out =))

I pre-downloaded Atomic Heart 7 hours ago, and after watching this video made me even more excited, cannot wait until the game releases! Edit: Just finished the game, ehh it only took me like 15 hours but it was worth it, my honest rating of it in a scale of 1/10 is 7/10. As you said in this video, the game can sometimes be rough, but honestly its very good, the looting is extremely satisfying. Anyways thats it, dont wanna spoil anything, alr peace

It's a divisive game. ACG liked it. Skillup didn't. IGN liked it. GameSpot didn't. I say try it on game pass and give it a go

It does a ton to separate itself from bioshock. Mainly that the combat isn't garbage and the story is actually much better.

I would not compare the plot of Bioshock and atomic heart Bioshock is more philosophical and Atomic Heart is more like a comedy BTW I like Atomic Heart it was a quite surprise this year

In my honest opinion I don’t think atomic heart is a bad game combat for me feels fine audio is great voice acting is ok could use work the story for me is pretty interesting the only issues I have are frame dips but in very specific areas and don’t really effect my gameplay as a whole i due wish there settings were a bit better like sensitivity for aiming

What the fun killed for me....QTE´s 🤮 ....One scene: U locked into place, with otherwise enough time to dodge the attack. or lockpicking and other minigames rely on a very fast responsiveness.
