Sui-chan's advice sounds quite useful! Stuff about getting along with coworkers you'll be working closely with, or at least coming to a mutual understanding, and making proposals in order to get what you want from management also sounds really applicable outside of the Vtuber sphere! As an older person, I think her advice is super on point. But the way it's framed feels off - maybe because she's talking to a fairly young audience who have little workplace experience? It's not that "adults aren't perfect", so you still need to self-produce and not be passive. It's that fundamentally, vtubing for a company is a job. Management isn't a parent looking out for a child, they're adults treating you as an adult. Not to mention in this industry, you're more a contractor than an employee. In the end, even if they have the best intention, a company will look out for their own interests first and try not to rock the boat. It's on you to advocate for yourself, and that goes for work anywhere.

this is from my point of view as one of ciel's listener before she joined agency(or company whatever it was called) basically this is my thought not her I think one of reason why ciel worried about that was probably from the fact that she had small number of regular listeners before her joining this company/agency, she regularly only has 2 digits - around 150(unless it was song relay stream) watchers most of the time despite she has that number of subs which is probably why she worried if those her genmate's fans will open up for her or not
