Upon arriving at Chandni Chowk in Old Delhi, I quickly realized how much I had missed the bustling chaos of the city. However, I must admit that it can be physically challenging to stay in such a busy environment for too long as you begin to search for a quiet and safer place. During my first trip, I couldn't help but wonder why people were lining up in front of the restaurants. It wasn't until I learned that they were waiting for food, specifically for someone to buy them food. After discovering this, I decided that I wanted to help feed a few people and got my own lunch from the same restaurant. Did you already know about this?

26:15 It is “Kheer”. A kind of Rice pudding made by Boiling rice in milk with dry fruits and sugar till the consistency becomes thick. Food you offered was only for Rs50 per person not for 100. Hence he gave 20 people. 10 first and 10 later when you were making payment. Guy said “Aur denna h” 21:51 which means give it to more people.

At Chandani Chowk, after having food, you ate sweets by standing outside the shop. The sweet you ate there is called kheer, which is something like pudding. The water content in kheer is a little bit higher than that in pudding. The very basic ingredients for kheer are milk, sugar, and rice, or otherwise small-sized split grain. Also in the same shop, you were asking for curd. But people, due to a lack of English language knowledge, don't understand curd. Instead, if you had used a Hindi synonym for curd that's "dahi," you could have got a positive response. If in North India you find a person illiterate in English, then always use Hindi-language words by using Google Translate on your mobile phone. For the rest of India, that is, other than north India, if the opposite person doesn't understand the Hindi language, then use the state language word.

beef is allowed in India. 9 of the 28 states sell cow meat as beef rest of them sell buffalo meat as beef. buffalo meat taste exactly like cow meat. in Kerala cow meat is the main food.

Davud, That food street you were talking about is not the one showed in this video. It’s on another street infront of a different entrance to the Jami Masjid. Each entrance has a street in front of it. That street with many food restaurants is on the side you started your video from. Great video!

Kheer - is a pudding/porridge popular in the Indian subcontinent, usually made by boiling milk, sugar or jaggery, and rice. kesar - saffron Rabdi is made by slowly simmering the milk until it thickens and then flavored with cardamom, saffron and nuts! Lassi is a yogurt based drink which is perfect for summer! It can be sweet (flavored with cardamom, saffron) or salty with spices Sharbat is usually a syrup made from fruit, flower extracts, and/or herbs. The syrup is then diluted with sugar, water and ice Shabeel is an Arabic word meaning shah + ab + il (shah = sweet, ab = water, il = place) the place where a net of cold freshwater is sprinkled. Sh/Chabeel is a type of drink that is served for free in summers in Punjab Region especially by Sikhs on highways and roadside by stopping vehicle. This drink is sweet and cold. It is drunk in summer. It is made from rose syrup called Hamdard Rooh Afza Sharbat You should try kulfi - Denser and creamier than ice cream, Kulfi is a traditional Indian frozen dessert that comes in myriad exotic flavors. It is made with khoya or mawa ( dried evaporated milk solids) , sugar, cardamoms, saffron and nuts. 🛑Be super cautious eating street food on streets of most crowd-est metro cities of India, Even if they show you they are wearing plastic gloves and maintain hygiene. don't trust them, unless they cook in front of you and if it's a water based drink ( Tell them to prepare in front of you with bottle water )

I remembered your video when you've left your office in Europe to start to pursues your passion. India doesn't live in city. You must go to Himachal, ladakh ,Uttarakhand, India north east .. you will find best things and people of country.
