I used to be exactly the same as Lucy was when I was a kid--deathly shy. It took a lot of getting over, and getting out of a school where I didn't fit in. But at the time I felt like I was going to be shy and lonely forever. It's important that shy kids know they can get "better" if they can find the right environment/people.

I've just finished part one of doing a mental health check in but needed a break. My anxiety has crept up again. I've dealt with depression and anxiety for years and in the darkest moments sometimes you have nobody to turn to. Having videos like this online, talking to those in high pressure situation or those in the public eye is so important for even those younger than me who are currently working out their triggers etc. So important and it needs to be spoken about more!! Thanks for this!
