I hit 50 this year. After the gyms shut I quit the weights and went on to try calesthenics. I filmed my progress all year which is slow, partly because of lack of knowledge and long term rotator cuff injuries. So I want to be able to do a muscle up before the years out and some of the crazy holds that you do. I've already tried a couple of your workouts and they're insane. Can't wait till you release your coaching skills. I'm in.

I'd like gain some muscles and strengh, I've been trainig for 6 moths, I had 6 packs etc. But about 1.5-2 years ago I got injured in my lower back. I don't know what exaclly it is. Samotimes i have paint or not. I wanna do Street workout, but when I have ache in back It's very demotivation for me😪

In the U.K. you need a Personal Trainer qualification level 2 & 3. Not too sure the procedure in other countries but in the U.K. it’s only a 6 week course each level. Aside from that keep growing your social profile. Tik tok, Instagram, KZbin, Twitter etc. Brands look out for your engagement with these social platforms. Hope this all helps bro. You got this 👊🏽👊🏽

These 2 things: the support group, I COULD NOT do what I do w/o them, I can’t stress this enough; and the mental fortitude to override obstacles is almost greater than the physical. The thing that may be beyond my reach is the straddle press handstand; but I am determined to keep at it as long as I can! Thank u for an excellent video! Love!😘

I have to ask you something, my friends want to start working out but they're lazy as fk. You got any tips? Btw I' ve been cutting for 2 months now. My goal's 150 lbs. Currently am 160 lbs, lost 10 lbs and became stronger at the same time. Apart from that I want to increase my neck width, biceps, chest, legs. Abs and back are fine.

Become their mentor bro. Do what you can to help. Try workout with him or take him through a workout. It can even be a quick 5-10min workout. Try build a habit out of it then it’s down to him to find the motivation and discipline to continue. But just be that supportive network for him 👊🏽💪🏽

It’s not harder, you are still growing!! Just stay active, enjoy sports, start resistance training if you wanted too as well. I recommend calisthenics 🔥🙌🏽

You just need enough protein doesnt matter at all if its powder,chicken,fish,eggs,soy,anything just eat your protein I growed muscles and I ate protein a bit of time but I dont take it anymore And since then I grew even more just eat protein

best way is to get some app like fitatu and measure how much you eat. I used ti think I'm not eating enough and I need protein powder but then I started to calculate my callories and realised that I eat much more proteins than I thought. Now I drink protein shakes like once/twice a week, only when I know my macros aren't high enough.
