Dude this is great :) thank you! Your content is such high quality as is your chill personality and sense of humour. I am trying to decide if its better to up the reps or just do extra training days.. Usually I've doing 6 x 10 sets of ring pull ups every second day, with different exercises around them, like yoga and weight training. I've hit a plateau though so need to change something up, but am nervous to cut back on the pull ups in case i go backwards.

I hope I can save enough to do the blueprint program. It sounds awesome. Do you train with people who live overseas? I'm in NZ and have just got back in to lockdown :( hard times and training is very important to keep steady at the moment

For muscle gain just eat in a slight surplus and get enough protein (0.8-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight/2-2.2g of protein per kg of bodyweight)
