This was so good! I have struggled with this my entire life, and to some extent, I still struggle with it. All my life I have been a perfectionist, but that striving for perfection has its downside. I has kept me on the sidelines, afraid to try something new because I would be bad at it initially and I didn't want to appear to be the "fool." I am going to listen to this daily until I start to live this life changing message. Thank you!

perfectionism is only a good thing when it makes you want to achieve highly. you struggle with the same type of perfectionism as i do where you can't even start because being terrible at something causes so much anxiety. it's the worst type of perfectionism to have.
