APTTMH…⚠️Warning. EMOTIONS is something TMH has had me meditating on recently. Our ppl seem to be very emotional creatures by nature more-so than those of other cultures. Not that it’s a bad thing but misplaced emotions & easily triggered emotions makes one quite vulnerable and easy prey for our adversaries which come in varying forms and disguises. Did you know most ppl go to church for the sole purpose of being triggered emotionally? When you hear ppl say “we had church today”, that usually means emotions were high. If music and theatrics were not allowed most churches would dry up immediately. Even the largest assemblies have very small prayer meetings and events where the focus is the Word of God. Our emotions not only drive us to church but too often out of control emotions drive us to SIN in general: over eating, fornicating, gossip, violence, suicide, etc. Proverbs 16:32 -rule your spirit, control thyself/thy emotions. 🙏🏽
