Good advice! I'm planning to return to church this Thanksgiving, and start going regularly again. And, I plan to join a gym in December too. Maybe also start looking for another place to move to as well. I find that moving does help put past memories to rest.

I e always been quiet and introverted, but I got into a relationship with a narcissist, and after over a year of no contact - I am even more introverted. I don’t want anyone getting too close to me and if I do get around people, I need to go home very soon. They drain my energy. Luckily I’m middle aged and have children and grandchildren and my parents are still here - so my family is all I need.
