But I had to end this video from the point he called the price saying he is not making any profit but running at loss.. as a business person, making profit is not a crime . That is what keep you in business and why you are doing what you are still doing today.. the fact you are not proud of coming out strait to say you are making this particular million on each plot means there is something shady and extortion… Pastor/ Father you are still loved but tell people the truth you are proud to invest long ago and making it big today. You can invest in other places as well outside the cities pastor mentioned. It cost less to build in other cities. I can build many houses in other cities with the same amount of money use in building in Lagos. Still earn good amount of money as equal as Lagos. Demographics do shift and never remain the same all the times. Economic opportunities might arise in other parts of the country. No one can predict the future. dynamics. This is law of the universe. Although, if I have the fund I will invest in pastor Matthew estate, but not all be all.

How is he not making sense? Why can’t we count the population of Nigeria? The same counting that brings FDI into the country. So we should be waiting for foreigners invest in Nigeria? How did he compare Nigeria to the countries you mentioned? He made a point how Lagos island will get more and more expensive so better to consider the outskirts and he’s actually making solid sense. How is building 20mins to the coastal road not good? Across the world, there are cities/settlements next to major roads, heck that’s why the major road exist anyway for easy accessibility. Let’s try to be rational in our comments. 😊

Tbh real estate in Lagos is super expensive for the average Nigerian but I can understand that cost of doing business in Nigeria seems higher. If I had money, I would bought or built in late 2010s.

These super-rich estate investors should redesign face-me and face houses into something affordable that doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg. Pastor can build single bed house ensuite, and sell to average middle income Nigeria and still makes his money rather building a billion Naira which would take ages to sell. Building is about development. Even the average Nigeria needs a good house to call his own. Spread your portfolio to building a house that is affordable, not for those rich Nigerians rich few at the top.

Coastal roads without repairing our depleted infrastructures is a waste of our resources. Why build another roads where no one live apart from benefiting Lagos and close by axis states. It is the same thing when Buhari built rail networks to Niger Republic. Instead of building rail networks that connect to industrial hops. For all I care Pastor Ashimole can market his product without dragging costal roads into his equation. I know he has knack for businesses.

You don't really understand what you are talking about. A lot of the so called federal roads were built out of political influence. There 2,400 of them leading to towns and villages. They are not strategic. The President is currently concentrating on building and reconstructing proper federal roads that would connect every state. We don't really need more than 48 federal roads in Nigeria.

God bless you for being insightful. Many don't understand or out of politics they just decide to downplay this critical infrastructure. The irony of it is that this project will benefit them most. Another points they fail to consider is that government is committing only 30 percent of the funding while the contractor is committed to fund the balance and that's win win situation for the country and especially the over 12 states that will benefit directly and indirectly. Posterity will be nice to the president.
