I have this same 9 tray Excalibur (not digital) and a 5 tray for smaller jobs. I love them and the pull out trays. I do a lot of dehydrating especially frozen hash browns and frozen veggies. I also have two Nesco American Harvest and the Nesco Pro. I love them too and they can stack over 10 trays. They are all great work horses and very easy cleanup.

I just purchased a magic mill 10 tray and it started making a noise. They sent another and it was loose and falling apart as soon as I opened it. They say that’s normal so now I’m stuck with two units I cannot use and can’t get my money back. Stay away from this company!
