If you are inviting a real estate person, you need to know what a square yard is and how many square yards are in an acre. You can just have that as an overlay instead of asking the guest. Second, I would have appreciated if you would have asked about proximity to jobs. Madhapur/Gachibowli/Kondapur/Financial District grew because of the IT investment. Whats driving the demand in Mokila? It is not at a comfortable daily commute distance. Twin club houses, and rooftop swimming pools are pretty common now, if the density is high. I watched only 40 mins so if you did ask later, then I apologize. Second you need to timestamp the topics so its easier to navigate. Good effort, and I wish you the best!

This guy project density is not high...it's not a 50 floor building and flat size is 3k sft.....so density is less. And cost is 5k per sft i think..... 20km far from IT job...where we get for this price ?
