And lower interest rates alone don't cause a buying surge forever. Interest rates were great for 10 years before the 2020 surge and a lot of those years weren't crazy sellers markets.

It's not about a good or bad time for non investors. A large percentage of people are simply priced out regardless of how easy it is now to buy a home. Sure for people that think they can afford $8k a month for a home then they could buy without much pain... Prices are the most detached from fundamentals they have ever been. It will be funny if they get worse. But we don't have far to go to get to the Bay Areas level. At which point San Diego won't be nice to live in.

We are looking into the Craft by citymark. Do you think that’s a good buy. We currently live in condo in downtown and the Craft is located on 32 and C.
