I ordered mobile handset by CoD and got the mobile after paying cash amount at the office of Ekart logictic courier. After 5 months , the mobile has been seized by police because Ekart courier has lodged an FIR that particular mobile handset was lost. Here the problem is that the cash amount that I had paid against the mobile handset has not been credited/transferred to the flipkart seller by the local Ekart courier instead of that they took it into their own pocket and as a result I have been victimised/scapegoat. Now what should I do get back my mobile handset(alongwith Sim cards). I have a original tax invoice that has been sent with the product.

Mere bhai....agar hum advance online payment karte hain toh kya hota hain main apko batata hoon, kabhi kabhi product ka delivery late hota hain, expected date par hume product nahi milta hain jho expected date website par mentioned hota hain us waqt kissi kissi product par cancellation ka option nahi hota hain, aur hame woh product urgently chahiye hota hain aur us waqt agar hum particular online shopping website/ seller ko order cancel karne ko kahe toh woh yeh kehte hain ki jab apke paas product ayega tab aap usko accept na kare aur jab woh product return unke warehouse main pahuch jayega tab woh humara refund initiate karenge aur phir refund initiate karne ke baad bhi 3-4 working days lagenge humare source account par refund amount reflect karne ke liye....isliye COD best hain, agar order delivery late hota hain tab hum kahi aur se bhi le sakte hain same product with that same money, refund ka tension hi nahi.
