I have to agree. The builders of all these new communities are just stacking homes on top of one another. They plan on building 22,000 new homes in that area. Terrible idea. Why they didn't limit it to 10,000 homes is beyond me. Why to explain it.

This entire community is awful. No parking. Terrible layout. And they’re still in the beginning phases of this. Can you imagine the nightmare once all 20k homes are built

Its funny, my friend just closed on a house here, but backed out last minute when they informed him a increase in HOA. When he looked into it, the fire insurance has to go through the HOA and was high enough to make them back out. Do you know more about the fire insurance in this area? Also, they offer free HOA for the 1st year, but they will not tell you what the HOA will be until after the development is finished. Do you know more about this? Maybe i should just hire you instead of asking all these questions on here.

There are different incentives this community attempts to offer to combat the HOA and Mello Roos. These incentives change during the course of the build out.
