Hi, please can you use the ignite button to turn on your gas oven? I can turn my cookers on with it when connected to electricity but can't turn my oven on with the ignition button. Is this feature only possible with the 60 by 90 ?

I don't know about 60 by 90 but the ignition doesn't work for oven, it's only meant for the cooker. I hope this helps..

Have you checked your gas, the hose connection and all? You can just report it to the place you bought it, I'm sure they should know better. I hope this helps

Yes you need to, there's no way the light will come up without cylinder been turned on

Please i have a maxi gas product that comes with hot plate, the hot plate only works with electricity, the burners and oven works with gas only unlike your own that every units works with electricity, please am i the one that doesn't know how to operate it or is it how it was made.

Try using the ignition to light it burners, if it doesn't work, it means that's how it's made

It’s maxi Cooking gas for me, I used this exact one 4 good 4years and trust me it served me well and I only serviced it just twice before I decided to change it to the new maxi 60x60 type just this month… In my opinion Maxi cooking gas is the most durable with good maintenance tho’ … Rust is unavoidable on appliances that water touches almost all the time… It’s maxi for me 💯💯💯

It depends on the power outage moreover hot plate is should not be expected to be as fast as the normal gas cooker. I hope this helps.

The oven setting for baking makes cake burn . Just experienced that today . It only has one setting for baking . Got my cake cooked , top and bottom with the center still raw .

Yes i went to electronic market to buy mine, so i was told their is china and turkey, though the man was sincere enough to tell me the truth, he has the china and i went somewhere else to buy the turkey one.

Check for the black buttons in front of the cooker, one each beside the knobs, one is for oven light, the other one is for ignition.

I suggest you return it back to where you bought it from if you just buy it, but if it's old just go and repair it from those selling second hand stuff. I hope this is helpful
