I had this problem too. I was literally at home and FedEx claim they couldn't deliver my package Cause they didn't have my apartment number so it's undeliverable cause the address is wrong. I literally Stood downstairs by the door. Truck never came. Had to redirect them to a drop off point. Now I have to Get an Uber there and back. Ugh, ridiculous just cause of an apartment number.

I ordered almost the exact same date and the same deal. I live on the east coast. The deal is the accessories can ship air the pint because of the battery can not and must go ground. I am a truck driver and sure weather delayed. But i have my board now and all is well. PS fedex dropped the ball and left it in porch for me. Not a big deal because i live in the sticks... infact if it was on time i would have had to use me Jeep the rescue the FedEx truck in my driveway. LOL

Sorry you feel that way, but i was sharing my real experience. I was really anxious and followed the tracking number every 3-4 hours, and learned that it’s not accurate at all and they require signature in person which caused me to get it one day later. No one told me this before. And from the beginning of the video i already said that i love the Onewheel, bro. Damn.

Also to elaborate more, I am a OneWheel owner and huge fan of them. I got the original Pint back in December 2019, and have ridden just over 500 miles so far. I am getting a used XR soon, as I want more top speed. For more range on the Pint, I added the Chi Quart Battery to increase the stock Pint range from 6-8 miles to 12-16 miles. Also I watch all videos that Float Life, Wheel Fun Stuff, One Wheel, and Carve Creative put out. So needless to say, I am really into OneWheels right now. My initial response to your video is because I clicked on this video expecting something about the operation of them, or a safety concern, or something technical. Possibly something that may not be common knowledge on the function of these boards. I just watched this video again. This really is just about a signature being required for an item that costs more than $1,000. This could have been a video about the delivery of an engagement ring, and this video would have the same results. That's why my initial comment states, that this has nothing to do with the OneWheel. I would like to hear your thoughts on this.
