I have a funny story concerning my X-Men #266; I was stationed overseas in Italy back when this was a brand new book. I had set up for my books to be mailed over to me from an LCS at my previous command in Florida. Book came, got read, sat for a year in a half, got shipped back to Ohio when I got out of the Navy in 1992. I sent it off to CGC in 2005, came back a 9.8 White pages. Just kinda crazy that a book with close to 15k Shipping miles comes back a 9.8.

I can honestly say CGC does not control pricing! The only control comes from hyping up products, and very, very good salespeople who know their stuff to sway people to buy specific products.

They have been nice to me and I’m not saying this in a negative way the truth is their group is similar to a business cartel with everyone in that Portland Oregon community. One friend creates the App ( Nick is a nice guy ) , Russ owns the comic shop that everything runs thru … Tom is smart he built his presence since 2019 .. I’m sure he gets a % of comics , variant covers , and now his own book … so more power to him for “ building his brand” and not having to work a real job

The ALL-TIME worst spec is Taylor Swift as Dazzler. The move has been in the can for quite some time now. If there was any evidence that she was going to be in Deadpool, we'd have it by now. I have a question I've been trying to find an answer to with no luck. I have a Robocop 2 Original Movie script by Frank Miller that was used on set and is full of notations. Undoubtedly his, at least in part. My question is do U think I can send that to CGC to have Miller sign? I know it's a longshot but I also know they grade many different things. Any help would be appreciated.

solid list of books there, ...... .film wise conan needs an update, i agree- but, comic wise hes in one of the best group of stories being published now,....check out titans conan,...and the new magazine as well.... also, i think any issues of xmen between 94 through 143. are worth having in the collection, classic runs in there. i hope taylor swift chooses to be in the movie, let her play 1 character and have her make a faux appearance or cameo as the other,..maybe being unmasked to reveal shes really whomever. it would be awesome then logically to see her in concert doing a tune(s) from the movie she wrote wearing a dazzler outfit, think of the killer light show she would use,... nuff' said, .

That means it was a direct edition, not a newsstand. Value by grade will potentially be less, but it depends a lot on the book and grade.

Red Sonja Team: Generally speaking this movie will appeal to a predominantly male audience. Data shows that comics and the fantasy genre are very popular with males. Especially considering the Marvel run and the 80s movie. So we're going to try and repulse this core demographic as much as possible, really hit home that there's nothing for them in this movie, seeing it will simply be soul destroying and leave them feeling hollow. Because we're in charge now and we're not going to be satisfied until it's all burnt down.
