Hey y’all, this is definitely a buyer market right now. Most of the people are struggling to make ends meet. The roadhouse movie was dope and I’m going to say the fallout series is the best video game adaptation ever made. Heading to the Cleveland fan expo tomorrow and I’m to get a couple sigs.

So here's the thing A lot of people have seen a sharp decrease in certain books that were overvalued a few years ago. Some people got excited and came into the hobby. Thinking they could make some good money. Problem is they did not realize that it was not sustainable. I say let the course correction continue.

A 9.8 SS Fallout4 sold for $1200 on eBay just a couple days ago. I was asleep when the bidding ended and woke up like “noooooooo!!” I was ready to throw down $1600 but didn’t really think I had a chance so wasn’t paying attention like I should have been. I’m telling myself that the person who won the bid actually had a high bid over my $1600, but,😭

The UK market is marked by cautious, selective bidding too. I grabbed Hulk 234 (CGC 9.0), Justice League Dark 1 (New 52, CGC 9.2), and the ASM FCBD first Jackpot (CGC 9.6), with postage, for under £90 combined. There were plenty of watchers on UK eBay, but no-one else placed a bid - I paid opening bid money for each. I know that selection is a tier or two down from your coverage, but it spotlights the current selective nature of the market.

Pick different grades, different measurement dates, different look back dates, use a different time period for the average, use a few recent (high) sales... and be sure to ignore all grades, averages, and recent sales that don't support the perspective being pitched that comics are "hot". Rinse and repeat.

Crazy, isn't it?!!!! In those days I sold everything silver and bronze age, And made out like a raped Ape!!!! Some how I knew this was not going to last!!! Bronze and copper, I let go like hot potato's!! And I do believe most of those books will not see that kind of money for at least 15 to 20 years from today!!! And the ones I have left, like "the walking dead # 1 and Bat man adventures # 12, D C comics presents# 26. All in CGC 9.8 s. etc,. I'll pass everything to my children, and their children!!! And what made it all so great, is that my dad passed them me, RAW!!! I had them graded some 5, 8, years ago!! Just in time for the big money game!!!! 🤗😜

I have a large collection of valuable keys. I believe its best to hold and dont buy, unless you get crackhead type of deal. Its going to take an apocalyptic event to make comics cool and trendy again. Things wont turn until peoples memories are forgotten of how terrible the movies/shows have been. As i collector who was never interested in reading the comics, its hard for me to get interested again as I now realize how stupid the writing has been, thanks to the shows/movies. Comic books really are amateur hour
