There's pistol holders on Amazon that you can mount to the door. Mine came that way I can hold 6 pistols on my door. My safe is a Winchester from Tractor Supply. I like mine but it takes an army of men to move it. LOL Glad to see you're being safe! Carry On!

I got rid of all my pistols, but it would be nice if that shelf would have been wider.

The barrels go in first to fit in behind the shelf is the way the one I had worked which is why there is a space behind the back of the shelf I put foam rubber into that spot and I had like 10 rifles in one like that only problem being I had to remove some of them to get to the ones stacked in the sides to get them back out Long barrel rifles went up behind the shelf and short barrel rifles fit below it so putting short barrels on the sides was easier

Hi Ray, see that is why we have KZbin. You learn something new all the time. Now I see why the shelf is the way it is. I owe you a great deal of thanks. But now I feel stupid. You would think I would have figured that out on my own. But after I put the guns in like you said, it still was not much room. You had to turn the guns. But thanks so much bro, you were a great help on this one. I'm glad my channel is small, or many people would think i'm not raped to tight. God bless
