My cat died recently, I am trying to detach from that sadness knowing everything here is temporary but it seems unfair to him yknow, what would you do in my place? Thnx a lot

@@sixtyninefromsixtonine ohhh first, I am sorry. I know that can be rough. There is nothing wrong with being sad but let it flow through you. Don’t let it get lodged in you by the mind saying you shouldn’t be sad or that the situation shouldn’t have happened, etc. Also, something that helped me tremendously with the loss of my grandfather was gratitude. Being thankful for all the times that I had with him and the love he gave me and just appreciating him as a being. You can try to think about the lovely moments you had with your cat and all the great memories and how thankful you were to know him.
