In asian countries its unheard of because ppl believe sexual affection is something done in private. So culture definitely effects behavior, but displaying sexuality in public for me, personally, was only something i did as a teenager, hence when i see grown ass adults doing it, i find it immature. A really mature adult can control his/her urges and knows how to behave correctly in every situation

I work at a fast food chain and I have couples come in hugging, kissing. No big deal. But I had a couple come in and my co-worker is trying to take their order but the guy keeps kissing his partners neck, slowly grinding up against her. Open mouth necking. Keeps distracting the girl from ordering and it goes on for a few mins. Co owrker was getting uncomfortable. He was just attacking her neck. I finally had to tell them to stop. Often times it’s the result of an overwhelming amount of emotion towards something small. Your brain is making up things because of the meltdown, and you start to act irrationally. (I think. That’s just what it seems like when it happens to me.) for me, meltdowns are usually a result of some sort of sensory overload; Loud noises, a lot of people paying attention/expecting something of me, even just an itch or a rock in my shoe could trigger it: I break into a sweat, start tugging my hair, etc. but most of the time I can get it under control before I make an outburst. I suspect this woman was confused about something, anything, and the couple showing a sign of content and love, compared to her internal struggle, resulted in a sudden spark of annoyance. This then overwhelmed her mind with multiple emotions at once(confusion, jealousy, anger, disappointment, frustration, etc.), and she couldn’t get the outburst under control in time. It was all downhill from there, and unfortunately someone decided to record it. This is only a theory. She could just be a terrible human being, I don’t know, but judging by the backstory, I think there was most likely something more. Also, I’m sorry if this didn’t make any sense...it’s hard to put these kinds of things into words. Edit: you know what, never mind. Rewatching this, I think she may just be a crazy woman. :’)

Christina Garcia That’s my whole point, it didn’t have to include her, so she didn’t need to give consent. Now if they were violently making out right behind her that may be considered sexual harassment, because it would be much more difficult for her to ignore. It’s an important distinction because if someone is in the same room as you while you’re having sex, they need to give consent even if they aren’t apart of it. If people are hugging or kissing in the same room as you consent is not needed, because the acts are not inherently sexual and/or are ignorable
