Sir, Maine Employee ki basic ki jagah gross 18000 dal Di salary ab vuske Pension ko paise nahi jate. Ab kya kare hum? Aise 2 employee hai Baki logo ka thik dala hai.. vuske liye revise Form3A bhar skate hai?

Check if at the time of joining was your basic component of salary was 15k or less

Hi at the time of joining my basic was less than 15k so 8.3 % went to EPS but Now it's over than 15k so can I opt out for EPS if I want to put all 12% of employer contribution in my EPF?

Pl suggest, i have epf account before 1st Sept 2014 and then left my job in 2015 and again joined with a campany in 2019.. My employer contribution still going in epf... Can it be stopped now??
