I used to work for a company, where they registered themselves under the ABRY scheme but as no employee is aware of such a scheme, so the employer took benefit of this and all didn't give any employee any amount they received through the scheme. Later when inspectors came down to inspect, they found out and strictly ordered the employer to give away the money they took from the govt through the scheme. They even played a game with gullible workers there. The employer told employees to refund the cash amount and described it as a calculation error.

You may want to check conditions for Scheme C. Scheme C is not applicable for those Employees covered under Part-B, B has higher benefits which is limited to manufacturing sector. Can I claim the interest paid in margin trading as expence during ITR FIling?

Scheme C is for the benefit of corporates. It is not for common employee. Its never like that the money that employer will save from this scheme will give it to employees. The salary cut, performance cut remains the same. This will only increase the profitability of corporates. This is how corporate tax paid by companies is returned back.

ITR Return Defective Notice You have filed your income-tax return in form ITR-1. As per TDS details in your Form 26AS, taxes have been deducted under sections 194IA/194IC/194M/194S/194C/194B/194BB/194BA, etc. of the Income-tax Act, 1961. These sections are reflected as (4IA/4IC/94M/94S/94C/94B/4BB/4BA) in Form 26AS. These sections imply heads of income for which form no. ITR-1 is not the appropriate form. Thus, the required schedules for reporting incomes pertaining to said TDS sections are not present in your return of income filed in form no. ITR-1. Please tell me what to do
