Good timing! You know how many times I've wanted to disconnect energetically from my DM because of confusion, facing pain, fears, anxiety over timing or probability given who awakened me and wondering if I'm crazy sometimes. He's got a lot of healing to do just as I have ranging all the way back to the similiar childhoods we had. Our connection is in the 5D and everytime I try to walk away, he comes "back." Do I love his energy/soul that invaded my dreams a year ago? Yes but it's been a difficult journey thus far. I have major goal I want to achieve of moving out west with my son in 3 yrs. and work on me. Signs and synchonocities come back when I try to disconnect, feeling his energy/soul in my dreams and waking hours too. I do feel physical pain as well. I never idolized him or put him on a pedestal and still don't. I just inherently know he's me. Same but different like twins. Funny psychotic followers would love this but for me, it's been difficult at times. Do I wish for a reunion in the 3D? Yes I do but I've never been through anything like this before. I've felt the negative thoughts, emotions etc. while trying to disconnect as well. I have much more healing that needs to be done on me and so does he. Since he awoke me about a year ago, he made me realize my goal is obtainable now and that I have to hustle again. Funny, a few days after I decided to hustle hard toward my goal, I saw he began to also. I'm happy he is. I am learning self love and self integration. I have to learn to surrender to time constraints and outcomes.

I really don’t want to disconnect in spite of the frustrations and separation of my twin. This DF has made me want to be a better person. She has inspired me to be more creative and productive. She is a good example for me. I feel blessed to have as much of her time as I have. In a strange way, I need my twin in my life. It was she who found me and made me aware that we were connected at the soul level. Which is why I’m sure that we both feel this connection. oh my dear you hit the nail on the head. i kept asking my dm tf to surrender, so there’d be no separation, at 1st emotionally & then physically. then, once he broke up with me, but we began talking again, after another disagreement, he said so our journey is about balance. i wasn’t sure what he meant, exactly, but what you call surrender is what the book the power of now is referring to as aligning with my soul, not allowing the mind (the past or future), to be a part of my consciousness. thank you for clarifying this. no, i didn’t want to disconnect from my tf, but i did wanna stop thinking about him, cus he’s choosing not to be with me, just yet. so, aligning with my soul gives me the peace that’s my priority, over my 3d relationship with my tf or any relationship. so, i get it now. surrender, no expectations, no attachments to outcomes. surrendering to the now. One of my biggest challenges has been to understand that I'm not doing anything wrong and that what hurts me is the pain I feel when something is hurting me. To let go of the idea that I was doing something wrong, I tried to convince me that what I did was right and then, the pain that I felt, was ignored. “If it's not wrong, it's right, and if it's right there's nothing to change or modify, just keep doing what you do! “. Fortunately, I was able to see the belief that I had, that in order to be safe I had to do things right. That was the first step. Then, If I didn't do anything right or wrong, and that had nothing to do with feeling safe, what did I have to do? I had to feel safe to understand that I am always safe and that what made me feel the opposite was exactly that, a feeling. The beliefs that I had adquiered that divided all in right and wrong were keeping me away from the peace that I wanted to feel. Then I started to understand that my objective was to discover what I told myself that didn't allow me to feel the safety that I already had. The fear I had of not doing this right was so big that letting go of that belief was almost an impossible mission. We never do anything right but wrong, never! We sometimes hurt and that pain is there to tell us that we are doing something that is hurting us, so we can be aware of what it is and make a change. And that change most of the times is what we tell ourselves. Life provides us with all we need, all the time, and we are completely safe, all the time, and that's what we need to understand so we can feel it. Surrendering means to let go of any fear that is in the way, preventing us from feeling the love that makes us feel safe. When we feel safe, we don't worry about how things are going to happen, they just do and we can live at total peace knowing that everything will be and is how it is supposed to be, that nothing is right or wrong, that we can feel at peace with it. To feel that love we don't have to make any effort at all, nothing that makes us feel bad or lose that peace, because it's not up to what we do. We are always provided no matter what we do, and the more love and peace we feel, the more we will see that it's all around us waiting for us to be received. Our decisions don't make us feel pain, we are free to make any, and that love comes when we stop judging us and we enjoy every step that we take. We don't have to have any relationships that we don't fully enjoy, but we are also free to do it if that's what we want. The more safe we feel with ourselves, the more we will manifest it in the outside world. If I stop fearing who I am, I will trust that what I do is what it's supposed to be happening and I will see my strengths and will enjoy them while things happen rather than focusing on what's lacking. The only thing that lacks is the love for myself in this moment.

I disconnected but I also asked her out. I'm not just going to disconnect and act like I don't care anymore. What a waste of time and energy to just give up. At least she knows how I feel. If she feels something, she's free to come to me and say she's ready to accept that breakfast invitation. Someone has to get the ball rolling. I'm not going to dream my life away and do nothing. My inner peace is more important to me. Letting go to me means letting go of the expectation of being in union one day. At this point I'm focused on myself and what I've got going on. He has me blocked on FB and I have him blocked on IG. I also have his karmic blocked on both. I'm still on a journey. Just by myself. He's living his life and I'm living mine. Just like my karmic and I. Yeah my twin flame is in the back of my head but I have to focus on myself. I can't be worried about what he's doing. So if we're meant to be, we'll be. I came across this video this evening after a rough week and the past few days I have had enough of all the numbers the connection and the silence from her, it's been 2 yrs since she ghosted, then some months later told me she was not interested move on. Another podcast that resonates so much. I wonder if there's something going on, as so many people seem to be feeling the same. Whenever I feel like I need to let go, I can go for a couple of days, but slowly find myself back to thinking about him. It's so true - when I try to disconnect, it actually feels terrible. This happens even when I am feeling great and have just decided that it's time to move on. It just doesn't follow the same patterns as regular relationships - you just move on. I've listened to many TF "experts" but you resonate the most. I love how you tie manifesting into the journey, because that's exactly how I feel - we can have whatever we want! As time goes on, I am putting so much effort into me, rather than him. I feel balanced most of the time, and I no longer need any validation from him.

These energies, I think, are mostly passed now. Very hard today. Very emotional. Before I met my counterpart, I didn’t know about any of this. I thought I was talking to the god of the Bible. And who knows, maybe I was. But imagine my shock when this voice, whom I had been communicating with, shows up in a body 😳 I have been confused by this for these past 6 years. How all this works I mean. I have had a headache for two days and I wake up feeling like I’ve been dragged by a bus while I slept. 😂 so I ask today, “what am I learning”? I guess lots of answers will come or none will come. But it is comforting to know we are all feeling it. I’ve been communicating with him since I was about 13. I met him in person when I was 53. I didn’t know I had a counterpart, much less one embodied. I’ve had a really hard time connecting his body to the higher self or God self. Knowing we are all feeling this urge to let go and just let God move the energies, encourages me. Maybe we are all hanging on too tight. We must create resistance with all our emotions. If we all let go then maybe God can move and do whatever he his doing. Like dropping your end of the rubber-band.

Infinity, in the extended energy update you mentioned DF feeling they are aging faster. But this is not aging but heavy energies going through our bidies. This winter i really look worse - the face looks swollen and older. Not radiating for sure. I really hope this will change.

That is what I have been feeling today. We separated Jan 1st over something small and stupid made big. I have been in no contact and reached out 60 days later only to see that I was blocked (he does that to everyone he is mad at) and I left a voicemail saying I have no hard feelings and that I am not mad (and left that at that). We have been together 3yrs and realized we were twin flames by definition and by our connection shortly after meeting like it was a draw unlike either of us ever had. We separate and come back together (but when we get back together it is so powerful like it was meant to be, for example, we separated I'm 2020 and ended up at the same spot living in different cities! And reconnected, both saying we thought of each other every day, etc). Now I have this desire to disconnect because I am tired of the cycle. He pulls away and that is hard even though I understand why he needs to sometimes. There is pain in the separation that only seems to alleviates itself when we are close/in proximity/together again. Maybe he is afraid of rejection because his actions hurt me this time,, he doesn't fully understand our connection. I feel him think of me even though I don't know of what (when we do reconnect he often tells me when he has and I say I felt you "this day around this time" and reaffirms our connection). The past few videos have hit me.
