I am so tired. So lost. So confused. I feel like I am walking in the dark, grabbing at whatever is in front of me. I have been trying to figure things out from whatever information is freely available as my financial situation isn't great. I have seen so many people advising to stay away from the twin to detach from them. My journey so far has been a very paradoxical one. The more I tried to stay away from him the more my whole being wanted to reach out. I still hear his soul calling me in when his mouth says stay away. I hear him cry in my head when he claims everything is fine. So many times I thought I am delusional. Still do sometimes... I can't tell what is right or wrong. But I also heard him say the things I heard in my head when I confronted him and gave him time. I still struggle, I am going against every survival instinct, every rejection wound I have in me. I remember one of your podcasts where you said if you feel like you should reach out to them, do it. It was thanks to you that I realized that there was no recipe for this journey. That my letting go of him was me talking to him. Because I feel like I am facing my fear of showing love and vulnerability. My chasing has been my surrender. I don't know if I am right, I just know I feel better when I let all that energy go to him. I am still learning. I still reach out to him even though he sad we should stay apart. I hope the pain will stop one day. I just felt called to share my 2 cents here just in case someone might be inspired by my weird story. I would like to thank you for all your efforts and support as well. You were one of the few who told me this journey could take ANY form. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and good luck on your journey.

If it helps at all, my story is similar to yours in some ways. I don't want to have a death grip on him. Inwantbto let go and surrender and flow with the Universe. I can't describe how much I love him. I can't describe how hard all of this is. A very close spiritual friend is starting to think he is a karmic for me and not my twin. I don't want tunnel vision. I don't wanna keep holding onto him, just to come away as remnants of who I am. And normally we rise together. But, this is something so dark and strong holding onto him. Idk anything anymore. I miss him so much

What beautiful story! I did this to my tf I let him go so he can go be with his new lover… it breaks my heart but I couldn’t not let him feel the freedom to try and find that one… I couldn’t let go of my husband as we still had a contract to fulfill to make another dream of mine happen… and hoped that God will find our way backs to each other and make it easy for us to unite and he will accept what I need to do as a mission I am on this earth.

I don’t understand the point of all this pain. My tf is toxic and rips my life to bits after a tiny bit of bliss. Over and over. I can love him remotely and don’t ever want to see him again! I don’t have enough years left in my life to put it back together…again. How can I get off this twin flame torture? How is evolution into more and more pain something that I want to keep doing?? Hi) Im a person that questions things i can't take it on face value. So i do have some question...what do you mean by higher self? How do you know without just feeling it? For example I'm highly in tune with my soul but I wouldn't 100% know this if I couldn't deliberately leave my body and move around in soul form. Also how do you know there is union with higher self? Couldn't it be you just haven't come to union and in a year or two you & your twin come together in partnership 3D.

We have seen this over and over again , even in science that sometimes we know things without knowing... And I would say that the moment we stop asking questions, and start trusting , then we just know.. I would say that we are still in the beginning of undestanding our energy and etc.. But I can just, let`s get out of our heads and connect with our heart. Am I right or wrong, I do not try to prove a point here. It is about that inner knowing and feeling, but we all have our own truth and our own knowing - Mine not be the right one, but it works for me ;) So glad to have you here and thank you so much for your comment. If you and your "twin" come together in the 3D and you haven't ascended spiritually (you will KNOW it, you will FEEL it - it's not tangible and it's something that can't be described in 3D words), then that person was likely NOT your "TF".

I just find that people are very firm on how it is in this twin flame experience but this experience we're going through continues forward, there's no end & the future is unknown so how are people so firm on their beliefs. Unless they pacifically speak on their own experience which doesn't apply to all experiences. Plus, like in science if you can't confirm something from at least a few sources they can't say that that something is a fact. shouldn't we have at least 3D and 5D confirmation about a Pacific situation in this twin flame experience

Spiritual ascension means reaching a state where you are aligned with your Soul, your Higher Self. The Soul is Consciousness, Awareness. Ascension is transcending the 3D Ego mind. The person goes within, is still, quiets the mind, becomes The Observer of thought. It is explained in Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now" or Michael Singer's "The Untethered Soul". Anyone who wishes to spiritually ascend MUST read those books. Tolle and Singer are two of the greatest Spiritual Masters of our time. The Spiritual Journey is a lifelong journey. I have ascended to a great extent in that I am Aware of everything my Ego mind does in terms of negative or manipulative thoughts and emotions, and I am able to stop it in its tracks. Spirituality also organically leads you to become a kinder, more compassionate, more empathetic individual. Further, you feel "as one" with everything and everyone (I have not reached that point yet). As far as the phenomenon of "twin flames", it's an unfortunate label that is grossly misused by too many self-professed TF coaches to mean a romantic relationship. It is not. It is the person's Spiritual Journey, nothing else. Winding up with one's TF *could* happen as a by-product of spiritual ascension, but it is not the goal. I am a logical and science-driven person and I have selected those sources that resonate with me and provide *some* degree of believable scientific basis, but we have to also have a good degree of *faith* in this phenomenon. I absolutely believe that something incredible, bizarre, and utterly indescribable happened to me when I encountered my Other Self. It can't be explained to anyone, but those who have experienced it will understand. I spiraled down into my Ego Death and that's when I learned about "twin flames" and was drawn to spirituality.
