I have been practising Yoga for 11 years. 6 months ago I fractured a spinal vertebra (Not yoga-related). A DEXA scan confirmed Osteoporosis. After getting over the initial Schock. I am now busy modifying my daily yoga practice. This video is a great help. Many thanks from Germany 🌻

Thank you so much for this information, as I suffer with Lumbar Spondylitis. It's hard to find gentle exercises, for bone issues, since all the teachers are doing the said exercises you suggested not to do. God bless you for your great advice. Much appreciated. Stay safe 🙏🏻
