Great informational video Joey! My brother and I chased the manta rays since the 70's every year. The last few years, it's really been slow fishing. Plenty of rays but no fish and the fish that are on them are too small to keep. Too many boaters now doing exactly what this video shows. We thought they are just spooked from being hammered from down south all the way to Jacksonville. Memories!

The cobes I've ever caught have been on the bottom on a chicken rig every time all the way on the bottom no rays. 33lb and 21lbs both of those on bottom

Ik none of yall or gonna believe this but that’s a ray me and my friend accidentally snagged at gulf shores pier two cobia were under it and the ray swam right on top of my jig and his white nlbn the cobia jig is a big been pink which was mine there’s a video of us accidentally hooked up to it
