Ouken is Evil done right. Sometimes in fiction, there is a character that just hits in all the right places: threatening, intimidating, intelligent, and merciless. He is the perfect monster, not in that he is invincible (he's not), but in that he makes sense, yet remains incomprehensible at the same time..

It's been some time, but on King Bo. The people that saved Kage in episode 2 said they were King Bo's servants. Whether it's Jr or the Dad, I'm not sure - either way, that kingdom lost its ruler somewhat recently.
