Similar results here. Temps was down at 62c and lost 125gh/s. Lowered the speed, temps is back up at 76c and hash climbed back to 1154gh. Turn it off and I'm back at 1190gh

Cpus and gpu chips run at those temps 80c is a pretty close to an avg most chips are made to last up to 110c before taking any degradation. Be nice to know the actual nominal temps these chips.

There is a sweet spot, around 60-66 degrees C. Still operates exactly at 1.18 GH/s. If you cool it below 60 degrees C, you'll definitely lose some hash power

so now we find out how much heat is good, go preheat the oven personally i have also gotten the best hashrate when the kso pro is over 80c (i have my chips hitting 100C sometimes )

Lower thermals should mean less electrical leakage in the Silicone, so less power use and less error. This is silicone dynamics one o one(okay sup zero is different), so if it lowers the hashrate with lower temps there must be something in the software call it fail save that trying to meet the set temperature that it set up front. (again poor design from Goldshell side)...
