Dont use the service it is not reasonable to deliver drinks on a motorcycle without such measures Frankly for MC delivered orders it should be sealed cans and bottles ONLY no cups period if I had any say. Maybe the service could specify to customer "Look you can have a CAR deliver you cold meal in an hour at a higher rate and you can have whatever drinks OR a MOTORCYCLE can be there in 7 minute piping hot and cheaper....just sorry cans or bottles only NO cups with that service lol

I made the mistake of taking an order that took me into a very windy back road that had a shit ton of trees on my first night, 9:45 and I was still on the back roads, my car charger not working for my phone, and no signal for at least 4 miles. it was amazing though, the views of the night sky in eastern tennessee are amazing

I like the saran wrap idea but I wrap the cup without taking the lid off. Just wrap top to bottom direction and then turn 90° and wrap top to bottom direction again for extra protection. Taking lid off I don't customer would appreciate that.

Check the specifications for the device you want to mount on your handlebars. If it uses OIS (optical image stabilization), it may be subject to damage from vibrations. This is physical means of doing image stabilization. If it uses EIS (electronic image stabilization), then the vibes shouldn't be a problem as there is no actual mechanism - this uses software processing to account for vibrations.

How long have you been doing Doordash for on your bike? I'm interested in joining Doordash and doing deliveries on my Vstar 650. I have two saddlebags which make it better but would also get something like you have. Does the saran wrap drink thing work? Are customers not weirded out by having it there? I would hope they put two and two together and know that you are on a motorcycle

I’ve been doing DD on the bike for a few months now. It’s a whole lot of fun! The saddle bags will be a game changer but make sure you get a food bag of some sort because some restaurants won’t even let you leave with the food unless you have one. Most of them have been pizza places so make sure it’s large enough to fit a pizza as well. The bag I have is linked in the description! The Saran wrap deal is hit or miss..it really doesn’t work well with coffee but it gets hot drink from A-B with very minimal spillage and I’ve never had a complaint about it! I hope that helps. Drink spilling is my biggest problam....I will try tour method man sounds good, suran wrap that crap and then put the lid on. In colorado it's not required to wear helmet, I do that and leathers

@@rtml_aerial no! I realized I was blipping on down shifts, pull the clutch do back break predominantly and front break 20% slow driving etc. Problem solved. Was driving like I stole it, I shit you not had 5 drinks on my bike (who the fuck guys 5 drinks from taco bell!?!?!?!!?) Did not spill. One!!!! Super slow to get to speed and super slow corners. Your all good!!! It took me getting a soda from a fast food place and testing my set up to get right. If you have drinks drive like your kid is on the back you will be fine....feel like I should make a video about it...

@@rtml_aerial I never touch anything bare handed so I’ll always grab napkins or something if I go for the lid. Another thing to keep in mind is that you can be selective with the orders with no penalty. So if the order doesn’t suit you don’t hesitate to cancel it. They will just give it to another driver. I’ve never had any complaints. Obviously try as hard as you can to be clean about it…don’t be dipping your dirty hands in peoples drinks and stay away from the rims etc.
