Her problems with jumping would be solved if she just jumped on or towards items STRAIGHT ON instead of from the side. Happened with the Cola vending machine; she tried to jump on it from the side. Happened here; she tried to jump towards the side that had no platform to jump on, even though there was a sheet of wood sticking out from the front.

Hey marz just a tip! If a door is unlocked it will say “press square to open” as a prompt. However if a door is locked that prompt will not come up, so that’s how you know if I door is locked or not before you try opening it in panic mode
