I'm unsure about that, I've seen many an instance where he just is completely incompetent. Generally it just has to do with simple logic rather than the game mechanics themselves, but it still influences the game. Also, you say he's good at games, but in the entire game he didn't realise he could run. Good plays doesn't mean they're good, I mean Ross made some good plays too.
