As a divine ending two horses and riders walked passed the funeral service as mother was lowered into the ground. Father was a big John Wayne and western fan. Just thought to myself that's them two riding off into the sunset. Stay safe every one

I know man. My closest cousin died on 9.29.21 and my mom called me to tell me that day. Then my mom died on 11.23.24 less than 2 months later. Crazy life

Btw, with rob, he talks sometimes about getting over stuff and you can slowly see him losing weight. We know it was in his stomach. If it was stage 4 in the beginning of this year. Most likely it was growing for a couple year....not a doctor. Just wondering

Mom’s 85 this year , I mowed her yard yesterday. This one hit too close to home. She tells me every year that I was the best Mother’s Day gift ever, and that was 68 years ago

I love these type of stories. I never had a dad growing up so me and my mom are super close, she's my number 1 fan and I couldn't do what I do without her. Now I raise two little girls on my own and thanks to her I know what to do. Happy Mothers Day to your mother and I hope for many many more!! I lost my dad 3 years ago its definitely hard. He had worked as a grave digger and maintenance man for a large cemetery (where he met my mom) he warned us before he passed morticians and funeral home employees are lower than TITS ON A WORM his words . When dealing with his cremation and internment they tried every ploy or trick and finally I told them what he had done . They apologized and accommodated all our wishes

I would pick up Mom a couple times a month, we would have coffee and visit. Her health took a turn for the worse out of the clear blue. You never know when the last time will be the LAST time you get to do something with one of your Parents! It has been 6 years, and I miss you so much! RIP MOM!

My parents were married 32 years before my dad passed. It has been 16 years since he has been gone, and we still talk about him at least once a day. I am the youngest of 3 kids, and live almost 900 miles away, and I talk to her almost every day. If there something she needs or wants I try to find a way to make it happen. I also have stories about my dad and stories about my mom. ❤❤

Lost both of my parents in 2020 with in 9 month of each other, dad went first and mom had broken heart. We are an automotive family we all worked together at the Ford dealership my father had a part of. As I typing this in my dealership, I remember my mother doing the landscaping in front, she helped paint the shop that we built after buying the place. I miss my parents everyday, my father thought me how to invest, ran a business, and many many thinks I could not have learned in college. My mother was my biggest support and I never wanted to disappoint her. Other then the IRS my mom was the only person who never how much money I made and what have, but she always would say "do you need some money" LOL I would give it all up to have her back. Rob... my Mom died Dec.16th,2018 and she was... well I'll put it like this, she made Joan Crawford in "Mommy Dearest" look like a rookie & that's why I'm so broken & disfunctional but I still miss her. I'm glad you still have your Mom, she sounds like a wonderful woman. You're a good man because of your parents.

Mr. Pitts you tell stories like my Dad. He passed away 2 years ago and it was the most heart breaking thing ever. We were so so so close. I really want to tell you, thank you for telling stories about your Dad. My Dad used to come to my house every Saturday, never missed. We would eat BBQ, and watch the Longhorns or Baylor play football. Miss those days! But I also adore my Mom too! Loved listening to her farming stories.

I have a very similar relationship with my mom. If a random stranger heard us talking, they would believe we hated one another due to the cut downs being thrown back and forth. Of course, we would defend one another with the same level of enthusiasm. glad you have that kind of relationship with your mother as well, there is nothing like it. Thanks for the video.

My mom died 5 years ago and I have never been the same. Literally the hardest and worst thing I have ever gone through. To make it worse my birthdays March 9th and hers was March 10 and for 30+ years I was my moms "birthday present". And ever since he passing my birthdays havnt ever been the same. Note guys moms are irreplaceable.

My mother bought a brand new VW Squareback similar to the one in the background of this video back in 1970. It was red with an automatic and a black interior. It was one of the worst cars my family ever owned. The only car I have experienced that was actually worse was a 1976 Fiat 131 Mirafiori sedan I bought used in 1979.

found my mother dead on the couch 3 days before Christmas December 2018. I was broke laid off work going threw a divorce. had custody of my daughter we was living with her. but I think she's smiling down on us cause today have a full time job happily married still raising my daughter money in the bank food on the table and wouldn't you know it moving into our new home on mother's day first house we've ever owned and it's nice.
