Any issues with the footpath, rubbish you can report it to the local council, use LIVE CLEAN STREETS to take pics if it and give go's coordinates so they can investigate to see if they own it or tell business owner to sort it. .

Nice positive interaction at the gate! 👍⭐⭐⭐ The Tarmac site and area south of the railway was part of the Woodside Brick Works. The Sheffield and Great Midland Joint Railway (later named Great Central and Midland, etc.) was constructed in 1890s and brick works developed off Ashton Road on the south side of the railway embankment. Brinnington Brick and Tile Works operated to the west, now part of the M60/A560 interchange. Prior the land was all agricultural. Clay pits were developed during the early 1900s and disused by the 1935 map with old pits and waste piles until redeveloped and Tarmac located to the location. Good drone views of the railway embankments. The railway and shed at 18:15 was the Cheshire Railway line paralleling Stockport Road and was the principle railway through Bredley. A wye connected the two lines and with the viaduct formed Bredley Junction. Just west, the M60 replaced the Cheshire Line route into Stockport. Ace is Aces selecting a location with in-depth history.

Personally, Ace, I prefer the commentary. ♥ It lets me know what we're looking at. i.e. it's difficult, if you've never worked in such industries, to appreciate what the things are.♥Having never worked in that types of industry I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, tidy, and well laid out the site was. 👍👍 Fantastic drone footage, by the way. It's good to see how these companies run their operations, and it made me feel like you'd taken me along for the ride. 😉♥♥ I did notice Tarmac's 'play on words' in their advertising. Sustainable? What happens when the quarries that they're mining are empty ... or nearly empty ... apart from moving to a new site and raping the Earth there too? Still, it makes people feel good knowing that they're purchasing from a company that delivers "sustainable" products. 😜

I have watched a number of audits and i really like yours with your commentary and feel you have some very positive interactions with members of the public and the fact that you are very forthright and honest about your intentions to film and what your doing as many auditors will play the dumb card etc, you tell everyone from the get go what you’re doing and thats been transparent and very honest. All the best Ace.

I love your normal soundtrack and I would be disappointed if you changed it or stopped using it entirely.. it's kind of your theme tune now. Also hearing your input whilst flying is great. There's plenty of other music less drone channels. I wouldn't change for one comment? you could have a poll on your channel.. that might sway your decision. But they do say "If it ain't broke don't fix it" x

It's fascinating to observe how companies handle being filmed, and I've enjoyed watching many of your videos. From what you've mentioned, it appears that filming from a public place isn't illegal, and I wonder about the legal implications, especially since you're profiting from these videos. Could companies with registered trademarks such as TARMAC potentially sue you if it looked like the video was showcasing their trademark in a negative light? It's definitely something to consider, but keep up the excellent work! *EDIT so for example I found this from brittish film commission website : If you film outside a store or restaurant you do not need permission to show its name or trademark - however, if the location chosen is used to communicate a negative message in your film (for example, a film about 'poisoned restaurant food') you may risk legal proceedings.
@AceAudits7 ай бұрын
This has been covered by black belt barrister. Someone once tried to do just that, and failed miserably lol. If companies don't want negative publicity, then they should do things right. there is nothing wrong with public scrutiny.

Thats good to know thanks for the reply, i will check this out. My worry is this style of auditing is going to not go well for someone i asked DJ audits the same question, In the mid 2000's I was a manager of a very small care agency, during a meeting with our accountant, we were unexpectedly billed a significant amount for end-of-year returns. In an attempt to clarify the terms and expectations, I mentioned that I had recorded the meeting. It was at that moment I became aware of the legal requirement for consent to record business meetings in the UK, as outlined by the GDPR. When engaged in a professional capacity and compensated for services rendered, does one still retain the status of a private individual?, be safe you are brave.
@AceAudits7 ай бұрын
@@simonjones832 It's not an issue. You can film what you like in public. Look at the dash cam channels, they show endless clips of company vehicles doing bad things. Companies can expect to be scrutinised.

How do the get the aggregate from the railway line into the depot? Do they have their own sidings. I know some sites have a siding where the rail carriages discharge through the bottom, or use a tipping carriage.
