When my ex broke up with me it took me a while to get over it and since i moved on since she wasnt with it im glad because it helped me grow with someone who was more mature 3 girls later. So much more when you have an abundance mindset with someone who looks and acts better facts. My ex is still bitter about the shit. My ex gf broke up with me, she "love another guy" she "choose choose her parents" even if they are dangerous and negative at times. And make a bs excuse like I didn't let her do what she want which I did let her do what she want. I was loyal and loving to her and even if I have issue like trust and jealousy I still let her go places and do everything. She blocked me and swear to call the cop if I ever contact her...like wow I treat her well and such and this is how she repay me...im not abusive nor a bad person. She embarrassed me on break up, she falsely accuse me during the break up, and disrespectful. When we were together and when she get mad over minor things she yell, cuss out at me and threaten to leave me. But later told me she didn't mean it and that she love me and to believe her when she said I love you... I really can't go back with her. She broke up with me once and I did cry in public...so embarassing....and 2nd time...yeah I'm not taking her back she was toxic to me and she want to forget the scraficies I did for her and the effort of love I did for her.

I think a lot of the reason so many want to get back with their ex is simple. They love them. And when you love someone, you naturally feel extremely drawn to them and want to be with them! That's why you want them back. If you can work it out with them without too much trouble, it probably beats the pain of the heartbreak you're going to feel if you don't. Something you can feel for a long time afterwards and which isn't a fun thing to experience. If she does initiate contact with you and want to give it another go, don't be too eager and jump back in as if nothing happened, though. You need to kind of make her work for it, otherwise she'll just see you as a chump, who doesn't have any other options.
