It's great (so far), all the meta progression stuff is already in the early version, so Hades 2 early access should be more "complete" feeling and might be more similar to Hades 1 1.0. Maybe that leaves them more room to do alternate paths and bosses or something

I wasn't sure when I first saw the trailer reveal for it whether Supergiant could do it again. It seems like there will be a lot of more of the same, but also enough charm and story to land another hit. Not one as revolutionary, but one just as fun. Also I love this Clemmy, it would be so great to see you play the indie titles a little more rather than just report on them. Obviously there are far too many for you do do both but maybe just like a personal highlight of the week gameplay vid or something like that. Heck, I'll take highlight of the month if that's all I can get, or even of the quarter, just something to break up all the lists.

The art and sfx are very appealing and I've always been a fan of the isometric viewpoint for these sort of diablo actiony-combat style games now roguelite action and others. Sure this will do well, thanks for the showcase! Again, can't help it but for some dazzling "combos" albeit more puzzle-pixel in style and gameplay, then Rift Wizard 2 is a traditional roguelike boiled down to the action and highly recommended.

i really hope they tone down the on-death effects they were so annoying in the first game they basically forced you to learn every small pattern since you couldnt trust your eyes. its bad design

also the thought of "saving" hades is honestly really stupid... whos gonna save their father if the father is complete douchebag to everyone... not this dude... should have been a WAAAY different story... storyline is 3-10 trash.. also the characters dont even look good. compared to the first one. all this "hype" seemed like it was blown out of paportion... id still rather play Bluzblue entrophy effect, Astral Ascent or even Oblivion override. 😂😂

That game is also very good! I actually prefer that one in some ways to Hades. I kinda got bored with Hades for some reason. Too fast for me lol

Depend in what you prefer... Curse has variety in biome but kinda lack of variety in build and combat (you probably die more from traps than from enemy combat), hades has Little biome variety (you choose different room but follow the same main Path every run) but giant and complex build system. I like Curse but After 20-30hours i was pretty much done with everything, meanwhile with hades i was still doing new stuff with builds even After 100 hours
