Don't Go to Bali's Cursed Island (Nusa Penida) 🇮🇩

Bali Vlog: Find out why you should avoid the "cursed" island of Nusa Penida, located in the south of Bali.
As soon as we arrive at the port, we're mobbed by cab drivers and scooter hire companies. Although I understand their situation and their need to work, it quickly becomes annoying to be constantly solicited, especially when you've already declined several offers.
We then made our way to our accommodation, where our friendly host provided us with a detailed list of the must-see places on the island. After settling in, we headed for the famous Kelingking Beach, known for its many Instagram photos.
Access to this beach is a real challenge: the path is extremely steep and chaotic, often requiring the use of the hands to progress, and so narrow that it's difficult to pass people coming in the opposite direction. But after a perilous descent, we finally reached the beach.
Unfortunately, once there, we realized that the wave rollers were too powerful for a safe and peaceful swim. As if that wasn't enough, we also had a mishap with a large spider that had taken up residence in my friend's bag. Fortunately, a friendly young man helped us to deposit it on a rock.
Despite all this, our visit to Nusa Penida remains an unforgettable experience, and we're sharing all our adventures and tips to help you prepare if you decide to visit this island.
