I love this. This is so authentic and honest, and deal with real issues that affect people and the youth daily. Tell the truth, and inspire.

Great conversation and great interview. Love to see someone talk about the importance of self awareness, our internal belief system and therapy contributing even to our success in the workplace. People tend to view those things as unimportant in a professional setting but they hugely contribute because after all, we are all human beings.

The part about "what Mzamo is trying to say" cuts deep, it happens so often and it's so subtle that's you can miss it for decades before you notice that actually, it's not that Mzamo can't explain or communicate or articulate what he/she needs to, but it's someone else's own issue of constantly thinking that it makes no sense until they say it or add their own flavour to whatever it is you're saying. it's toxic, and we don't talk about or zone in on it as we probably should, as Africans.
