I woke up two nights ago and I had a dream. It was my grandpa, he woke up after he died like shortly after he died. I was scared, it felt like he was still on earth and didn’t pass on. I had this dream one other time too. I don’t think he will pass on I don’t want to give my reasons because it’s bad. I need a professional to help me get him to the other side because he could be a evil spirit now tormenting me. He put a thought in my head that night too telling me that my boyfriend is cheating on me. He’s not cheating on me I have a counselor and we’re working on this issue of jealousy in me.

I didnt search for this , but it popped , and ive been struggling with waking at that time , and i get the strangest feelings after sleeping again, ( body tingling so much as i drift to sleep ) and false awakenings where i try astal projection inside the dream , and i hear my brain waves like binaural beats when i manipulate my dream. I've been waking up between 3-5 throughout life, but I don't pay attention to anything around me, I'm now exited to go to bed tonight and really start paying attention. Ok so a lot of times before I go to sleep or just at random I’m always smelling cigarette smoke. Nobody else in the house smells it. I do wake up every night in the middle of the night if I look at my phone I’m usually just annoyed because I have to be up for work in a few hours😂. I have started writing when I wake in the morning. I’ll start doing it more frequently.
