To anyone who knows what having anxiety and panic attacks are like… I see you and I love and know that you are a true warrior. Lately my anxiety has relapsed and flared up and I have to remind myself how strong I am even though it feels like there is no other side. The other side is a pathway from breathing and being still. You nailed it "listening to people round you"! I learned this too late. If you want to end anxiety, have peace,reduce stress....attend to your own self,your own matters,your own business. Anxiety goes when you stop thinking of a single other person. Just try self support, self-love. Try it & see.

You are right Saghguru this new generation should know how to sit down relax be in the moment take a deep breath do not overthink of the future that did not happen yet .during my spiritual awakening I develop Symptoms of anxiety Depression and paranoia because of that massive light that came upon me to wake me up. I did not use drugs alcohol prescribed medications . I used the power of prayers and deep meditations through the use of high solfeggio music to heal me of my afflictions. This young generation should put down that cellphone sometime be helpful to their parents and during their free time should go to nature and read inspiring books and maybe during weekend volunteer . You are right do not watch television .maybe they could listen to soothing calming and healing music. But the peer pressure is the problem. Maybe select your friends to influence you to be calm do not select friends that could make you anxious.

Install this words in your mind system. you can defeat anxiety easily.. "i don't fear the fear" "i commit loving myself and people around me" "this too shall pass" Relax.. Everything will be ok 😊.
@kingbobo3865 Жыл бұрын
Long lasting anxiety comes from your amygdala being switched to fear mode. Can happen from traumatic experiences over time or immediately. Long exposure to hellish living or near death, bad drug trip for ex. But if you feel depersonalization, like you don’t exist or reality is scary or you can’t find the point of living, I’ve been there. Deeply. The answer to get out is the way you came. You mist first comprehend that you are in a lower or “depressed” state. And it’s as real as any one. Normal state, happy state. But it’s your habits that change the amygdala in your brain which is how you perceive reality. You’ll know if it’s in its fear state by the paranoia, overthinking and nervousness in all situations. And these symptoms vary in how deep you are. But doing things you love, not stressing, yes even if it means leaving your job or partner, you must enter a heavenly real that you create for your self. You are the only one who knows how to do that. But if you need help there are plenty of guides. I have given you enough to journey and explore yourself deeper, to help yourself. You must do the rest. Psychedelics have caused anxiety and depression and saved me from it, the difference was my mindset. But don’t be confused, if you are depressed you are well on your journey to eternal happiness. You just got stuck at the bottom, here is a guide on the way back up. And at the end you realize it was so you totally comprehend who and what you are so you can give yourself what you want and need. Then you take your happy ass and help those around you. ❤ love and light. Stay vibing to “Your Song”!

anxiety's opposite is contentment or peace. You're content or peaceful when you're okay with what you have right here, right now. And you're okay with as much as you know. That's how nature has designed you. Be like this, whatever then has to come to you, will be only good. Just be grateful and content with what you have first, this is step 1.

Always the outside is inside and inside is outside. How a person is within himself will influence the world and how the world is will influence the person. So the fundamentals of life must be taught at school. Every child is different and when they enter adolescence, it's entirely different for each individual because of various factors. Hence the outside must be handled so that they are brought up in a gentler way and they themselves need to be taught ways to handle themselves and thier energy. As Sadhguru said, hatha yoga might be helpful at early age to bring balance 🙏🙇🙂

Sadhguru is pointing out how modern lifestyle is working against our mental health, especially the younger generation. Distraction is a big issue in our generation. We are distracted all the time, either our thoughts are running or we are running or the loud noises, machines, traffic, phones. Distraction is causing our anxiety and mental jeopardy. When my emotions are turbulent, I don’t talk to anyone, I put my phone on silent and sit down in one place until I gain the right perspective. Sadhguru is right, stillness is so important

Even though Sadghuru advocates against them: Psychedelics. I would be dead without them . They saved my life. Daily Yoga, meditation, inner engineering...etc is the way to go to conquer life and live truly in a balanced way. But, those can take a lot of time and effort to do. When people are in a rut they need a peak into the light, even if it's for some hours, to give them motivation and inspiration to get going. For that, psychedelics are a miracle .

When was it that I felt I needed to wear hear phones...I remember one Christmas wearing them while I shopped so that I wouldn't be bombarded with "may I help you". In the gym 90% of the people wear devices. No one talks to each other and people are just quidk to apologize for things we used to just say excuse me. Notice that sometime...want infront of someone say excuse me and listen to them apologize...for what!? Just an observation but why have we become so apologetic.

I hate myself for not putting much effort for the entrance exam and it was so easy to get the college and I didn't even attend the exam . This is my second year trying for the exam
